Collaboration contact & Inbox — where your data goes
In plain words: what Ariel Studio does with the name, phone number, email and message you send through the “Contact the author” button on contest entries.
Who holds the data
Ariel Studio (Duong Tran) runs arielstudio.vn and the ArielCup contest. For any question or request about your data, write to duongtran@arielstudio.vn.
What we store
- Guests (not logged in): name, company/organization (if given), phone number, email and your message.
- Members (logged in): your account name, your message, and a phone/email only if you choose to add them. Your login email is never passed on.
- When you agreed to the terms, plus a hash of your network address to stop mass sending. We do not store your real IP address.
What it's used for
Only to deliver your message to the right author and to fight scams and spam. No ads, no selling or sharing with third parties, no marketing emails. Ariel Studio only relays messages — we charge no fees and don't guarantee any deal between you and the author.
Who can see it
- The entry's author you contact: sees your name, organization, phone, email and message — so they can get back to you. Authors are individuals; once they've read it, what they keep is outside Ariel Studio's control. Authors may only use it to answer your offer.
- The organizers (site admins): may review it to moderate suspicious messages and handle reports.
- Alerts sent to the organizers' phone contain no name, phone, email or message text — only the entry title.
How long it's kept
- A conversation is deleted automatically after 12 months without new messages.
- Messages caught as automated spam: deleted after 7 days. Network-address hashes: deleted after 30 days.
- Regular backups (for disaster recovery) are kept for up to about 6 months, then deleted. The data snapshot taken when each contest closes is kept long-term as judging evidence.
Your rights
- Guests: after sending, you get a deletion code. Enter it in the box below and your message and details are removed from the author's Inbox right away.
- Members: in your Inbox you can turn off collaboration offers, archive, block or report a conversation.
- To see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent (even if you lost the code): email duongtran@arielstudio.vn — we handle it within 7 days.
Watch out for scams
Ariel Studio never charges fees or asks for transfers, deposits, OTP codes or passwords to claim a prize or collaborate. Real sponsors go through the organizers. Don't send source files before you've verified the contact. See something suspicious? Press Report in your Inbox.
Delete my message
For guests who sent a message without logging in. Enter the deletion code you got after sending (format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
